Our printed products are fulfilled by our UK-based print-on-demand partner Bookvault and shipped directly to customers.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Once your order is accepted and confirmed, a contract is formed between you and Journey & Bloom.
Please check your order details carefully before completing checkout. Because our products are printed to order, changes may not be possible once production has started.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods available on our store.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
5. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight differences in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings and print production.
All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide a refund where applicable.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and shipping details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
Printed products are made to order, so production and dispatch may take several working days before shipment.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please read that policy carefully before placing an order.
Items that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
