All Journey & Bloom products are printed to order by our UK fulfilment partner, Bookvault. Each journal or planner is produced after the order is placed.

Production and Delivery Time

Production usually takes 2–4 working days.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

The estimated total time from order to delivery is 5–8 working days.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses.

Delivery Partners

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a similar tracked courier service.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
