Refund policy


We want you to be happy with your Journey & Bloom purchase. If there is a problem with your order, this policy explains how refunds and returns are handled.

14-Day Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To request a return, please contact us by email with your order number.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must not be written in or damaged
  • Returns must be sent within 14 days after notifying us

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

The refund includes the price of the item. Any additional delivery upgrades are not refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Important: Items that have been written in, used, or intentionally damaged cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
